In January 2023, three classes for children of Ukrainian refugees in Amsterdam were held. The event, “I am a fashion designer”, was held at the “Oselya” hotel, where temporarily displaced people from Ukraine live.

Galina Rodionova, a Ukrainian teacher from Mariupol, became their guide in the world of fashion. The classes started with theory: Galina spoke about various categories of cloths, styles, purpose, and more details about their colour and style.
The second part of the lessons was practical. The children designed, cut, and glued clothes from coloured paper for their paper dolls. At the end of each meeting for refugees from Ukraine, the participants had tea with delicacies and exchanged experiences.

Гідом у світі моди стала українська вчителька з Маріуполя Галина Родіонова. На першій, теоретичній частині кожної зустрічі вона розповідала про різновиди, стилі, призначення повсякденного одягу, особливості у підборі кольору та фасону.
Друга частина заняття — практична. Діти самі вигадували, вирізали та склеювали одяг з різнокольорового паперу для паперових ляльок. Наприкінці кожної зустрічі для біженців з України учасники чаювали із ласощами і обмінювалися враженнями.
